OK, we’ll set a date and location (and publicize it for all who what to watch the blood bath: Paul, Sarah, etc.) and make sure the VCR is rolling.

Brian’s probably going to spend 10 hours a day between now and then practicing against Fred to try and prevent the inevitable, but he can’t.

I’ll tell you why when the video is posted.

To get to Brian’s more legitimate point, I expect Cal to give Sac State the same sort of thrashing that I give Brian at Atari 2600 football (not the other way around).

Ah, Brian wouldn’t be Brian without his insistance on completely trying to re-write history. For those who want the real scoop, Brian is COMPLETELY incapable of playing Atari 2600 Football against me. I beat him so bad I should get arrested for child abuse. This is how EVERY play goes:

Brian starts with the ball, hikes the ball, throws the ball, Ken intercepts the ball (accomanied by the Ner-new, Ner-new sound effect) and runs the ball back for a touchdown (accompanied by the der,der,der,DO,da,DOOT sound effect).

Seriously, EVERY play. I’ve heard those two sound effects so many times in a row that they’ll be with me to my grave.

I guess it’s not every play. After about 7 or 8 of those in a row (literally), he usually gives up on trying to throw the ball and ends up just getting sacked every down until I safety him. Then I get to go on offense for a play or two until I score a touchdown and it all starts over (repeat it with me: ner-new, ner-new… der,der,der,DO,da,DOOT).

And if you’re at all questioning the validity of my claim, just ask Brian to sit down and play me a game. Hell, if you can’t come to watch it, I’ll even video tape it for you (hey, that’s a good idea, then I can post it to the web…). What do you say Brian, you up for it?

I know what you mean, last night I played the game on NCAA Football 2005, and I’m not saying that’s like the most accurate similation ever… but I slaughtered them fairly easily. Almost as bad as when I beat you down in Atari Football 2600
