Actually no. I am a pretty gullible person. Something about it seemed off (particularly the fullscreen nature of the trailer) but I am very much not into Kubrick, King, or the Horror genre in any way shape or form. About as close as I get to it are Hitchcock’s lighter (if they can be called that) movies. Such as last night’s Shadow of a Doubt.

But hey, we’re talking about Stephen King and Stanley Kubrick here. These are the Ephron sisters here. (Personally, I wouldn’t be surprised to find out that Steven King wrote a biography about Stanley Kubrick. It’s the only possible explanation for the two of them.)
